What the heck?

I have absolutely had it with developers and company executives who seem to care more about the bottom line than keeping us customers happy. What do I mean? I have spent a LOT of money on various apps from this company, and they seem to only work sporadically. Do the developers not care? I will NOT buy anymore apps from this company until ALL the inconsistencies are FIXED! Fix them now already! Dont you people care?
